Family Barn Session
I had the absolute pleasure of photographing a Family Barn Session for Jessica and Loren’s maternity session. Just one year ago, I had the absolute pleasure of photographing their maternity session! We captured so many beautiful moments as they eagerly awaited the arrival of their little one. Now, a year later, I was thrilled to meet baby Law and document this new chapter of their lives as a family of three.
Our session took place at the stunning barn at Life Under the Oaks Lavender Farm. The rustic charm of the barn, combined with the golden afternoon light, created the perfect setting for this family session.
From the very start, there was an abundance of laughter and warmth, making for such a relaxed and natural shoot. Baby Law is truly one of the happiest babies I have ever photographed! His bright eyes and joyful giggles made every shot a dream.
Jessica and Loren are incredible parents, and it was wonderful to see how much love their little one. Their connection was evident in every moment—whether they were playing, snuggling, or simply looking at their sweet baby boy with so much adoration.
The lavender farm’s barn provided a beautiful backdrop, but we also took a few moments to step outside and enjoy the fresh air. The golden light streaming through the trees made for some dreamy portraits that I know this family will treasure for many years.
As we wrapped up the session, we had the special treat of visiting some of the farm’s adorable animals. Law was completely mesmerized by them! Seeing his little hands reach out in curiosity and hearing his giggles was the perfect way to end our session.
Watching Jessica and Loren transition from an excited expecting couple to a loving family of three has been a joy. I can’t wait to see how Law grows and changes over the years!
