Julie and Conrad’s Maternity Session

When the two pink lines show up for the first time you are met with a flood of emotions. Excitement and a little bit scared but you take it and embrace that a new chapter in your life is beginning. With Julie and Conrad, you could feel the excitement radiating from them. Only a small bit of time left before they would be bringing their little girl into the world. 

Reading the pre-session questions helps to get the vision of your session rolling. Knowing which one of you is the funny one and who’s sweeter helps me understand how I can help guide you to the candid shots. Learning that Conrad has a goofy personality I knew I could have some fun with pregnancy humor. While knowing that Julie had a sweet personality meant we could play into showing the love they have for each other.

On the day of their maternity session, we met up at Agua Caliente and I got to bring that vision to life. We got to have those sweet tender moments, some funny ones, and lots of snuggles.

We laughed. They are both hilarious and up for to compare “bumps”.

Not to mention letting them both be the star of the shoot.

And walking hand and hand as they enter this next chapter.

I wish you both nothing but the best. Enjoy the time you have together and soak up every minute of that newborn stage because it goes by fast. Thank you for entrusting me with your maternity session.
