Dean & Mariela’s Overalls Maternity Session at Catalina State Park Part 2

This is part 2 of Dean and Mariela’s overalls Maternity Session at Catalina State Park, so if you haven’t already, check out part 1! Last time, I shared photos from our fancier part of the session. This time, we switched out their white formal attire to casual jeans! 

I can’t get over how adorable Mariela’s baby bump is in her overalls. Dean looks at her like she is his sun and stars! These two seriously turned up the romance, and I was all here for it. 

As we snapped photos, Dean and Mariela told me all about how they met! These two have known each other since middle school, and they’ve been officially together for almost two years. 

Dean fell head over heels at Mariela’s bright eyes and gorgeous smile. I don’t blame him! Mariela is beautiful, inside and out. 

Then one day, Mariela felt off and decided to try taking a pregnancy test. When it turned positive, their world changed for the absolute best! I was thrilled when they pulled out the ultrasound photos!

Slow-burn romance is often the sweetest, and that’s definitely the case with this pair! They are eagerly awaiting their little bundle of joy, and it’s so heartwarming to see a couple so excited.

With every loving touch and smile, I can tell that Dean and Mariela are just counting down the days. They’re even ready for the sleepless nights.

Believe it or not, that’s what Dean is most excited for during fatherhood! It’s an amazing testament to who he is as a person to know that he’s looking forward to even the difficult moments of parenthood. You’re going to do great, Dean!

Their sweet baby girl will be called Selena Amaris. How adorable is that? They originally wanted to name her Luna, but stumbled across the name Selena, which stands for moon, and that felt right.
